Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship all domestic orders via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

International Shipping We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.

Import Duties, Taxes & VAT International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT charges that may be applied by their country's customs authority upon delivery. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are outside of Ferric's control. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Limited Edition Items All Ferric releases are strictly limited and individually numbered. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received.

Return & Refund Policy

Reel-to-Reel Editions — All Sales Final Due to the limited edition and collectible nature of our reel-to-reel releases, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any reel-to-reel tape orders once the order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work to make it right.

Merchandise (Apparel, Patches & Accessories) We accept returns on merchandise items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

To initiate a return, contact us at ferriclabel@gmail.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original (per the policy above) and place a new order.
